The premier beachfront address in Montecito is Fernald Point Lane, known for its gorgeous beach, majestic trees and lush vegetation. Fernald Point Lane is mostly a public road, but beyond the “Point” the coastline creates a serene southeasterly facing cove.  This cove, called “Fernald Cove,” is accessed by a private road through a gated entrance; this is the secluded and private location of 1811 Fernald Point Lane.

The Fernald Point Lane beach is a continuation of Miramar Beach, now home to the spectacular brand new Rosewood Miramar Beach Resort. Just a bit further up the beach, one can enjoy the fabulous Four Seasons Santa Barbara Biltmore Hotel and Coral Casino.

Fernald Point Lane is in the extremely desirable Montecito Union School District. The shopping and dining of both the Montecito Upper Village and Coast Village Road are only about a mile away, making Fernald Point Lane one of the most convenient beaches upon which to live.  Los Angeles, just an hour and a half down the coast, feels a world away.
